Cross-border workshop of the CO ADRIA project dedicated to the development of energy communities, discussing innovative solutions for the energy transition in the Italy-Slovenia area with partners and experts.
On Tuesday 10 February 2026, at 4 p.m., the Municipality of Udine will host the webinar “Territorial cooperation and the role of EGTCs in achieving climate neutrality”.
The bilingual (Italian-Slovenian) online meeting, organised as part of the CO ADRIA project, is an important opportunity to explore and discuss strategies for energy efficiency and the role of cross-border cooperation in promoting climate neutrality by 2050.
During the webinar, experts and local institutions will discuss how European Groupings of Territorial Cooperation (EGTCs) can facilitate dialogue between territories, institutions and local communities along the North Adriatic axis, promoting shared actions for a sustainable energy transition.
The CO ADRIA project, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia programme, is one of the strategic initiatives aimed at consolidating cooperation between territories to achieve climate neutrality.
