SAVE THE DATE! The New European Bauhaus Festival 2024

Did you know that the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme supports the New European Bauhaus? If you too are passionate about art, culture, innovation, ecological transition and social change, don't miss

the second edition of the New European Bauhaus Festival, which will be held in Brussels from April 9th to 14th, 2024!

The Festival, organized by the European Commission in cooperation with the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU, will present a rich program of debates, exhibitions, and artistic performances.

Leading global industry personalities, opinion leaders, innovation experts, artists, and cultural figures will come together to discuss crucial issues, including: living environments, land and water, sustainable fashion, human well-being…

The Festival program will span five days across four tracks of activities:

  1. Forum - a platform for engaging discussions and the exchange of ideas surrounding the New European Bauhaus.
  2. Fair - a laboratory and exhibition highlighting projects and prototypes that align with and support the core values of the New European Bauhaus.
  3. Fest - a celebration that unites culture, art, and conviviality, serving as a moment of collective rejoicing, honouring freedom of expression and embracing radical, innovative, and disruptive ideas and visions.
  4. Satellite events: events and initiatives organised independently in Brussels and beyond, with core activities in line with the New European Bauhaus values.

This year 20 winners will be awarded prizes, presenting projects, designs and ideas in line with the movement's commitment to shaping a sustainable, beautiful and inclusive future for Europe. If you too would like to play a crucial role in promoting the festival and have the great opportunity to connect with other industry professionals through events and networking opportunities, SUBMIT YOUR PROJECTS, INITIATIVES AND IDEAS! Fill out the APPLICATION FORM by February 15, 2024. The application must be submitted in English.

The Festival will also launch the New European Bauhaus Academy, a new initiative that will accelerate up-skilling and re-skilling for sustainable construction.

The New European Bauhaus Festival is free and open for everyone to attend. Registrations will open on 18th February 2024. The event program and speakers will be posted soon on THIS LINK.
