Successful completion of project promotion activities and the BLUECRAB culinary event

The BLUECRAB project organized a culinary workshop and tasting of dishes made with blue crab in Koper.
The event was an opportunity to promote project activities, raise awareness about the issue of the invasive blue crab, and encourage its use at the local level.

The Municipality of Koper, in collaboration with two former contestants of MasterChef Slovenia, prepared a culinary workshop that greatly impressed the visitors of the City Market.
