February 28th: On Wednesday the project office of the DEOS Trnovo Senior Center presented to the employees the activities of the CrossCare 2.0 project - Joint integrated strategies for the capitalization of the CrossCare model. As part of the project, we will attend trainings in Italy, administer questionnaires to beneficiaries and make contact with various organisations. The CrossCare 2.0 project responds to the challenges of an aging population that significantly influence health and social inclusion policies.
