On 15/3/2024 and 27/3/2024, 2 Workshops were held remotely on the Microsoft Teams platform, in which stakeholders from the Italian and Slovenian Civil Protection, Fire Brigade, PC/VVFF volunteers and Mountain Rescue were invited to participate.
The purpose of the two workshops held under the intertwined activities 1.3.1 and 2.3.2 was to organize at least 2 cross-border workshops with civil protection stakeholders to harmonize and update spatial WEB GIS data.
During the first Workshop, which was attended by 18 people, the objectives of the IN4SAFETY Project, the platforms developed within the HARMO-DATA and CROSSIT SAFER Projects, and the implemented cross-border digital databases were presented.
To strengthen Stakeholders' participation and involvement in project activities, a Questionnaire was implemented, in Italian and Slovenian languages, in which several stakeholders participated.
