The AGROTUR+ organised an expert consultation in the framework of the Teran Academy, where this year we will focus on the Mediterranean or Karst diet and its impact on health. Expert findings were presented by researchers from the Agricultural Institute of Slovenia and the University of Trieste, and a practical perspective by a cross-border provider from the Karst region. This was followed by a FOOD LAB - a guided tasting workshop, dedicated to the two gastronomic treasures of the Karst: terrine and prosciutto.
