A special day to inaugurate the new Maranghetto Bridge, a vital link for the safety of the Giralemene route, which each year attracts a large number of cycling enthusiasts.
The work is the result of an agreement between Vegal, the Metropolitan City of Venice, the Municipality of Concordia Sagittaria and the Municipality of Caorle, which carried out the works.
Before the ribbon-cutting, meeting and departure from the Bike&Go base at Ca’ Corniani, there will be a ride along the Giralemene to reach the Bridge.
After the ribbon-cutting, scheduled for 11:30, and a light lunch, a guided visit to the nearby Bosco delle Lame will follow, including the descent of the Concordia Sagittaria ramp and return to Ca’ Corniani by 14:30.
