The "IRRIGAVIT - Rational irrigation and soil management in cross-border viticulture" project, capitalization tender of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 Programme, organises an event entitled "FIELD MEETING: WATER DYNAMICS IN THE VINEYARD AND HYDROGEOLOGICAL AND ISOTOPIC ANALYSES"  that will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024. 

Participants will meet at 10.30 a.m. at the farm Azienda Agricola Specogna, via Rocca Bernarda, 4 in Corno di Rosazzo, Italy, where a demonstration field test of soil and water sampling will be carried out by the teams from Ca' Foscari University of Venice, the University and Studies of Udine and agronomists from the Friuli Colli Orientali and Ramandolo Wine Consortium. 

From the vineyard we will move on to Villa Nachini Cabassi in Corno di Rosazzo, where at 12.15 p.m. the researchers from Ca' Foscari University of Venice will give a theoretical presentation on the water dynamics in the vineyard and will introduce the hydrogeological and isotopic analyses that are being carried out at the University's laboratories.

The conclusion with a final toast is scheduled for around 12.45 pm

The event is free of charge and is aimed at winegrowers, producers, researchers and students of viticulture from cross-border areas and all people interested in the topics. Please confirm your participation by writing to: irrigavituniud@gmail.com
