As part of the Karst Firewall 5.0 project, we are developing an advanced digital platform that, with the help of sensors and artificial intelligence, will enable early detection of fires and a faster response in the field. Our goal is to connect technology with the needs of firefighters and civil protection for the long-term protection of our landscape. Therefore, we invite you to the presentation of the cross-border digital platform for fire management on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in the HEKA laboratory (Cesta Zore Perello Godina 3, Koper). At the presentation, we will test the system live and collect feedback for its upgrade, so we invite you to join us and help us design a tool that will protect our landscape.
