With the signature on 31 August, the CrossCare 2.0 capitalisation project continues the excellent results of the previous CrossCare of the Interreg Italia – Slovenia 2014-2020 programming period.
The CrossCare 2.0 project aims at developing an adequate response to the ageing trend in the population, a common challenge in the Programme Area that will have a significant impact on healthcare and social inclusion policies in the medium term.
The Lead Partner is Cooperativa Itaca società cooperativa sociale onlus, which will collaborate together with 5 project partners and 9 associated partners.
The project is scheduled to start on 1st October 2023. The duration will be 18 months.
