The proceedings of the Conference on the needs and best practices concerning multilingual public service delivery within the Public Administration (P.A.) in the cross-border area have been published, as part of the CrossTerm – Crossborder standardization of institutional terminology project. This specific area is characterised by the presence of minority language groups: Slovene and Friulian in Italy, and Italian in Slovenia.
