Highlights from the tastings of experimental Pinela wines carried out in Slovenia within the IRRIGAVIT project. The images document sensory analysis, training activities and technical exchange among researchers, producers and wine-sector professionals, aimed at assessing the effects of different irrigation regimes on wine quality. The activities confirmed the importance of linking research, training and the wine sector, fostering the transfer of knowledge and useful tools for more sustainable water management in vineyards in the Italy–Slovenia cross-border area. All the tastings involved the taker partners RRA and the Consorzio Colli Orientali for the organisational, management and promotional aspects. Communication activities were entrusted to LETTERA B.
