As part of the DAIRY+ project, the Posoška Development Center (Posoški razvojni center), in collaboration with the Institute for Dairy and Probiotics at the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana, invites you to the first of three online workshops on circular economy in dairy processing.
The workshop will be held in Slovenian and will take place on Thursday, April 3rd at 9:30 AM via Zoom. The speakers will be:
- Jaka Žgajnar, University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Biotechnical Sciences – Economics of Milk Production
- Andreja Čanžek Majhenič , UL Biotechnical Faculty – Milk processing on small farms

- The second workshop on the use of whey for animal feed and the legal framework for the management of whey and brine will take place on April 10 at 10 a.m. You can register here.
- The third workshop on the topic of Side Streams in Milk Processing and Good Practices in Whey and Brine Handling will take place on April 17th at 10 am. Registration is available at this link.
These workshops will be held in Slovenian. Similar topics will be addressed in Italian during sessions organized by the University of Udine in the coming months.
