As part of the DAIRY+ project, the Posoška Development Center (Posoški razvojni center), in collaboration with the Institute for Dairy and Probiotics at the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana, invites you to the second online workshop on circular economy in dairy processing.

The workshop will be held in Slovenian and will take place on Thursday, April 10th, at 10:00 AM via Zoom.

The speakers will be:

  • Adam Raspor, Agricultural and Forestry Institute of Nova Gorica – The use of whey for animal feed.
  • Ivan Ambrožič, Marko Mahne, Office for Food Safety, Veterinary Medicine and Plant Protection – The legal framework for the management of whey and brine.
