As part of the DAIRY+ project, the Posoška Development Center (Posoški razvojni center), in collaboration with the Institute for Dairy and Probiotics at the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana, invites you to the third online workshop on circular economy in dairy processing.

The workshop will be held in Slovenian and will take place on Thursday, April 17th at 10:00 AM via Zoom.

The speakers will be:

  • Barbara Rupnik, Chamber of Agricultural and Food Enterprises – Side Streams in Milk Processing
  • Bojana Bogovič Matijašić, University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Biotechnology – Good Practices in Whey and Brine Handling
