WASTE COLLECTION CAMPAIGN FOR REINFORCED FIBER-COMPOSITE (CFR) MATERIALS AT SCHOOLS
The Municipality of Spinea, in collaboration with VERITAS, within the framework of the RECREATE project of the Interreg VI-A Italy Slovenia Program, has activated these initiatives:

Implementation of existing educational workshops with VERITAS with information related to the RECREATE project;
Dissemination of information and guidelines regarding the collection of reinforced fiber-composite (CFR) materials "RECREATING IN SPINEA" through meetings in all classes of schools according to the following schedule: April 15-18-22, May 9, 2024. Collection deadline: June 11.
Collection, selection, and preparation of collected waste material; in the next phase, it will be sent to the processing center, with the aim of becoming urban furniture destined for the City. CFR waste will be collected through special containers placed by VERITAS at school premises.

Primary schools, secondary schools, and one high school are involved.
