As part of the Interreg All MICRO project, IOM–CNR invites the scientific community and the innovation ecosystem to discover its advanced microscopy laboratories, available technologies, and specialized expertise.
The Institute’s activities focus on materials science, biomaterials, and cultural heritage, promoting interdisciplinary exchange, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.

Morning session

09:00 – 09:45 – Presentation of the microscopy facilities at CNR-IOM
09:45 – 12:00 – Hands-on demonstration of SEM and FIB-SEM (including Cryo) and confocal microscopy (in small groups or individually)
One-to-one discussions
13:00 – 14:00 – Lunch break

14:00 – 14:30 – Presentation of the microscopy facilities at CNR-IOM
14:45 – Digital holography microscopy
15:10 – AFM – Atomic Force Microscopy
15:30 – Raman spectroscopy and mapping
