This year, Interreg Cooperation Day is celebrated in the name of music!
The TARTINI BIS project in collaboration with the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme will offer four classical music concerts that will take place from 14 to 17 September 2024 in different places of the Programme Area.
Piran, Moggio Udinese, Venice and Trieste will have the honor of hosting the Tartini Cross Border Youth Orchestra, a newly formed group, born within the framework of TARTINI BIS. The orchestra, conducted by the great violinist and professor Federico Guglielmo, brings together over twenty musicians under 30 from Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro. United in the European spirit that Giuseppe Tartini himself was able to embody with his pioneering “School of Nations”, this initiative aims to be a reference model of dialogue, inclusion and openness at a cross-border level.
