As part of the BEroots project, VeGAL is organising ‘Music in the Cellar’, a musical journey through genres amidst the vineyards of Eastern Venice, a way of bringing the territory and the wineries to life thanks to the notes of great artists from the area. The three scheduled appointments, each representing a different musical genre, are an opportunity to introduce local farms through quality experiences in unconventional locations.
The second event of the festival will be held on Thursday 26 June at SuttoWine in Noventa di Piave (VE) with the jazz magic of Francesco Bearzatti, one of Italy's most important saxophonists, an artist capable of combining jazz and rock in an explosive fusion. The evening will feature two different sets by the Francesco Bearzatti trio (Francesco Bearzatti, sax and clarinet; Gianpaolo Rinaldi, organ; Marco D'Orlando, drums), one at 7.30 pm and one at 9 pm.
The evening will be accompanied by live painting by Treviso Comic Book Festival with cartoonists and illustrators Claudio Bandoli and Paolo Gallina, in collaboration with Treviso Suona Jazz Festival and with the patronage of the Municipality of Noventa di Piave.
