The Inter Bike III project is pleased to announce a cross-border promotional event focusing on cycling and boating along the Giralemene cycle route, part of the Adriabike cycle route connecting Kranjska Gora to Ravenna.
The event will inaugurate the new public pier built in Concordia Sagittaria and the electric boat for transporting cycle tourists built by project partner Caorle.it.
The event, which will take place on 18 September 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., will start in Caorle, a beautiful fishing village and renowned tourist resort on the Venetian coast, and end in the Roman town of Concordia Sagittaria, inaugurating an intermodal boat+bike hub along the connection of inland cycle routes with the Adriabike and Adrioncycletour routes.

9:00 a.m.: Departure from Caorle (Molo Stadio)
12:00 pm: Arrival in Concordia (Molo Cavanella) and guided tour
1:00 pm: Light lunch
2:00 pm: Departure from Concordia (Molo Cavanella)
5:30 pm: Return to Caorle (Molo Stadio)
The inaugural event will be enriched by two side events: the first, scheduled for the morning of 11 September, will connect Caorle with Duna Verde, with a stop at La Fagiana, a rice producer, while the second will be held on the morning of Saturday 20 September and will wind through the upper part of Giralemene, among the palaces, country churches and mills. Castles and abbeys between Portogruaro and Sesto al Reghena.
The Inter Bike III project is co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Programme. Simultaneous translation into Italian and Slovenian will be provided.
