The Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 Programme aims at:
"enhancing cross-border cooperation for improving the quality of life of population, preserving and promoting cultural and natural heritage and enhancing the climate neutrality of the Programme area through sustainable, innovative and inclusive growth."
On this website you can find all information on the Programme implementation and on new funding opportunities.
Do you have an idea for a project you would like to present under the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 Programme and would like to share it in order to find a project partner or propose yourself as a partner? If you do, please register on the "INTERREG ITALY-SLOVENIA Partner Search" platform by describing your project idea or simply presenting your reality so that other potential partners can find you.
Useful tools for identifying synergies
To help you identify similar projects and opportunities for collaboration, you can consult the following platforms:
Keep.eu, the main source of information on programmes, projects and beneficiaries of European territorial cooperation. It enables users to explore project experiences across Europe and identify potential thematic and territorial links.
Kohesio, the European Commission’s platform providing access, in open data format, to information on over 1.5 million projects funded under the Cohesion Policy. A useful tool for analysing trends, results and opportunities for integration.
Initiatives and opportunities for beneficiaries
The Programme promotes and highlights various initiatives in which beneficiaries can participate to strengthen synergies and knowledge-sharing processes, including:
• MMM – Mediterranean Multi-Programme Mechanism: an initiative designed to foster dialogue and cooperation between programmes, macroregional strategies and levels of governance, with the aim of improving the impact and capitalisation of project results.

- Interreg Cooperation Day (IC Day): a European communication campaign involving Interreg programmes and projects. Beneficiaries can also get involved by organising local initiatives or taking part
